Utsav is now based in Chennai, India, and is Managing Director of Foresight Smart Ventures, responsible for leading an aggressive expansion strategy in the dynamic growth markets of India and China in the areas of Hospitality & Leisure, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Retail and Green Energy.

Saurabh Mehrotra is the manager responsible for the commercial activities for Foresight, with a specific focus on new business development and asset portfolio and risk management. Saurabh is currently based in Mumbai
Mr B Nanban
Joint Managing Director Foresight Smart Ventures (Footwear Division)
Nanban is an engineer by profession, and has over twenty years of experience. He is based in Chennai, India, and heads the shoe manufacturing plant established by Foresight Smart Ventures.
Mr Milind Orpe
General Manager Drilling & Contracts, Sharjah
Milind Orpe, a marine engineer with twelve years sailing time and six years offshore experience. He is responsible for running the Sharjah base office and related contractual matters for rig operations and new projects.
Mr Sudhir Mittoo
Acting Director Operations, China
Sudhir Mittoo brought with him to Foresight a strong sense of leadership qualities and headed up Indian operations developing new activity at ASM Shipping, Mumbai. He has now moved to China where he is building his leadership qualities for the Restaurant Division and new development out of China.
Mr Jacobus Martinson
Rig Manager
Jaco Martinson has more than fifteen years of experience in oil and gas exploration. He heads the Sharjah base office as Rig Manager, taking care of day to day running requirements of the offshore drilling division. Jaco takes care of the day to day running of two rigs over the last 10 years which achieved operational time 98.5%.
Mr Manoj Dabral
Technical Manager ASM Shipping, Mumbai
Manoj Dabral is a mechanical engineer who worked with the Shipping Corporation of India for thirty-eight years. He then served as Chief Technical Manager for Irano Hind Shipping for five years, moved to OCMMs in 2006 and then to Amer Shipping Limited in Cyprus. He worked for two years in Oman as Owners Representative for the refurbishment of cantilever jack- up rig before joining ASM Shipping, Mumbai.
Mr Amulya Mohapatra
Technical Manager ASL, Cyprus
Amulya Mohapatra is a Bachelor of Marine Engineering, Amulya has sailed on many vessels as Chief Engineer Officer. On coming ashore he has continued in the maritime profession as part of management for various ship owning and management companies. In his current role as Technical Manager for Amer Shipping Limited he is responsible for overseeing the management of the tanker and shipping divisions.
